More recently, Alfred managed in the online and retail Customer Service environments at MTN, fostering the building of the organisation’s Customer Service culture, including training staff and representatives over many years. He has several Customer Service and leadership certifications.
Alfred effectively brings his vast experience on board in our current training and rebranding drive in institutions across Nigeria, and beyond.
Mike Ikolo is a Human Capital development expert who has over a decade of Banking industry experience. He is detailed in his work with business start ups, and has successfully handled numerous trainings. He has ISO amid other professional certifications, and heads the board of FULLTURN as CEO.
Rachael is an experienced founder with a demonstrated history of working in Public Relations and Aviation. She is highly skilled, and delivers highly effective Trainings in Customer Experience, Team development and Leadership.
Our Relationship and Administrative Executive, Temitope Agbaosi is an Accounting graduate. She is a spontaneous content writer, ardent lover of God and a public speaker. Tope has digital marketing skills, with additional skills in content marketing. She easily interprets concepts and is versed in Leadership and Interpersonal relationship.
